NHS - Living Well

Providing tips to fight tiredness and including a link to the Royal College of Psychiatrist for advice on sleeping well. There is also a bedtime meditation video to help get a better night’s sleep. 

NHS - Insomnia

Insomnia means you regularly have problems sleeping. It usually gets better by changing your sleeping habits. Find out more about insomnia the causes and recommendations to deal with it. 

Sleepstation

Sleepstation is an online sleep support programme combining psychology and sleep science with dedicated support. Sleep Station gives all the tools and guidance to help you sleep better. The programme is designed to help you:

  • Get better quality sleep 

  • Boost your mood 

SilverCloud

SilverCloud programmes are designed to help you improve and maintain your wellbeing by changing the way you think and feel about things. There are a range of free programmes available. ‘Space for Sleep’ is a guided self-help programme which takes approx. 6-8 weeks. If you are registered with a Worcestershire GP Practice, you can access these programmes for free. Use access code SIGNPOST.   

The Sleep Charity

The Sleep Charity are a UK charity offering information and advice to help improve sleep patterns. The website offers information about insomnia, sleep hygiene, sleep environment and advice to shift workers. There is also an eBook and audio book available to download for free ‘Understanding your Sleep.’
