Silvercloud offer specific Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based learning modules to help you manage stress, anxiety and low mood. CBT is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave.

Social Prescribing
Your local GP Practice offers a Social Prescribing service. A Social Prescriber could work with you to provide information and signposting to organisations and agencies who may be able to help.
GP Practice
If you've noticed changes in the way you are thinking or feeling over the past few weeks or months that concern you, and cause you distress, you should consider going to see your GP. Your GP may ask you to see a Mental Health Practitioner based in the surgery and can offer further support and help you access other local mental health services if needed.

Sometimes life stresses can be reduced or helped by getting support. Citizens Advice is an independent service providing a free, confidential and impartial advice and support to everybody regardless of race, age, sex, disability, sexuality, nationality, ethnicity, religion and belief.
